This is the first time I buy from this vendor, their customer service is amazing!! they have been helping me throughout the whole process to get this beautiful hair, even called and what’s app me. She sent me the photos before shipping it out. Mercy was so quick and helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer always. She really cares about the customer satisfaction! About the hair, I am so in love with it! The hair is so soft, I tested it and it’s really virgin hair. No tangle and minimum shedding. I do hair business for many years and buy lots of hair online, so glad that I finally find my permanent supplier!! Very trust worthy and have great loyalty.

I really didn't expect this week to be so natural looking like real African-American hair it is beautiful no shedding a does not tangle it's soft and luxurious I have washed it pluck the hair line even though the hairline was already slightly plucked and slightly bleached. I've flat ironed it & I Loooove It!! Thanks Mercy

I love this unit it's simply perfect.. soft great smell and easily styled! The lace is large enough to part multiple ways and the part looks very natural with every little work applied. Nice wig, the hair so soft and flows well. Absolutely no chemical smell. It's full and natural. Average cap fits me very well, four combs make it secure and easily to wear. Good quality for the price. Love! Great buy. Thx.

I love this wig! The hair is so soft despite the coarse appearance. I've tweaked it a lot to make it look more realistic. I plucked around the hairline to give it a more natural look. The wig is behind my hairline so my edges are left out. I used got2be glued (in the black bottle) to secure my wig. I dab the gel around my perimeter where the wig will lay, then I blow dry on cool until the gel is tacky and sticky. Then I use Gorilla Snot (purple bottle) on top of the got2be glue gel and finally put my wig on. Blow dry on cool again and it holds perfectly!!! I also sewed an elastic band inside as well. I've flat ironed and curled this wig. I can't say whether or not it sheds because I've plucked it quite a bit so I don't know.
