I just received this wig and I'm very satisfied. Customer service is A1, good communication and when I opened the box to my wig it included some free wig caps as well as eyelashes! I can run my fingers through the hair easily, it's full but that's doesn't make the wig heavy it's very light on my head. I am Betsy excited to bleach the knots and start customizing this wig!

Shipping was lovely really fast No funny smell density was thick. I wand curled the hair to give it a loose curly look. Didn't use any product ( besides the heat protectant)I'm going to bleach and dye it maroon in a couple weeks but I left a little strip of hair to see if it takes to bleach. But so far I like the hair. Would recommend already have lbvs. Will purchase again..

When I 1st received the hair quality was decent. I thought maybe when I wash it after it air drys I may like it better after its flat ironed. The hair would not straighten properly, it was a 12in 1b the hair came shipped to me uneven in the back, & no matter how many times I washed the hair it had a chemical like smell to it. Wasn't what I pictured for my 1st lace front. So I had someone turn it into a bob and I use it now to practice on. I should of returned it, but I have had bad experiences with returning items thru the mail.
