The hair is very soft. In order to get it to be big hair, you must separate the curls and fluff. I am very satisfied and will be purchasing again. I also love that I am able to wear the wig without having to use glue.

This wig is absolutely soft and manageable. I ordered 14 inch ,the color 2. This is my first human wig and I love it. Definitely will order another wig. Excellent customer service. I had my wig custom made, it took a month but it was worth the wait.they also answered all my questions and concerns.

I ordered my hair June 16 and took about a month. Which I didn't mind because I had my wig custom made. Now this is my very first human wig. I began with 14 inch , color 2 and a small cap. Customer service was excellent. There is no tangling and minimal shedding. This hair is soon soft and natural looking. I installed my wig July 15,. I definitely will order additional wigs . . Wayne and mercy answered all my questions.

I chose 180% density and it came some days late ,but worth waiting ,180% density is very thick,the curl is very beautiful ,love it

The wig is really good. The nape does get dry though and with get matted if not taken care of. I condition my hair every week and deep condition every two weeks. Shedding is minimal, depends on how well you take care of the hair.
