So far the wig is very nice considering this is the first time I've bought hair online. I'll leave another feedback after I've had the wig in for a little longer

The hair is soooooo soft. it came within 5 days and Mercy kept in touch with me the whole time. The wig is true to length and the package came with little gifts. I'm only giving the hair 4 stars right now because I haven't worn it yet, but I will try to give you guys an update after a week or two.

So far I love the hair. I am transitioning and the texture is a great match. I honestly haven't even tried to straighten it. I've only done braid outs and worn it in its natural state and I'm in love. No shedding no tangling. It is very full and very thick and I'm a happy camper.
