The strap was broken but otherwise stays on. Hair is great. Bands are cute once styled. Came in 8 days

1) The wig arrived much earlier than I expected. I had two extra requests for length and density, so I thought it will take 2 weeks longer, but it literally arrived within a week.

2) There was no smell when I unpacked. The hair was super soft. I love that the hair comes slightly waved, it looks so natural! It comes with a wig cap and tiny booklet how to take care of the wig.

3) I bought a different wig here in 2021. The quality was good, but I had issues with the density. It was 120% and you could clearly see the cap. So with this experience in mind, I chose 180% density and paid £11 more. (Check if they have promos, I got a £13 discount, so it paid for itself). So so glad I did this!!!! The density is perfect for me ! It's not too voluminous, just looks really natural and healthy, and I don't need to worry if you can see the cap. So I definitely recommend to get 180% density to be completely happy with this wig. I would say the picture on the doll is probably 180%, so you see, it's not too thick at all. I might try 250% next time.

4) The value for the money is just incredible! I have alopecia since childhood, so I have been dealing with wigs all my life. I paid much more in the past for bad synthetic wigs from famous European brands. This wig would nowadays easily cost over 2000 in a hair salon. I went a couple months ago to a hair salon - because I was so tired of internet scams, amazon wigs, and fake YouTube reviews - and they wanted me to pay almost 1000 for a SYNTHETIC wig. Then I paid around 500 for a "leftover" synthetic wig that I can barely wear now . It's ridiculous! That's why I came back to this shop, and again this time I'm really happy with the order. Not sure if the quality just improved over the two years or if it was just my issue with the density back in 2021.

5) The bangs are so so cute and helpful to hide the hairline and cap. They are not thick at all, very light and look easy to trim. The bangs do come long (like on the picture), so I will definitely trim them a bit. I love the bangs because I don't need to deal with styling the wig, plugging baby hairs, bleaching, etc. It's literally ready to wear. If you don't really like bangs, you can see on the picture with the doll that you can move them to the side, so you can style the front as you like.

Overall, I'm just really really happy with this wig and had to write this review immediately. Really grateful for this company that makes this quality affordable, especially for people who have hair loss!

I’ve never bought a wig with bangs before so I was but nervous purchasing this one but I loveeeee it. The hair is so soft, the bangs were a little bit long for me because I do have a really small forehead so I did have to go in & cut them shorter. It came a little wavy but I straightened it out because I preferred it like that. 10/10 love this wig!!
