The hair has been consistently great for 5 years. Shipping is fast IF the wig is in stock. Small cap sizes are hard to find in stock other than that the wigs are well made and the hair is pretty.

This wig was so well put together. I did message the company at one point to check the status of my order, and received a very understanding and timely response. So worth the wait for the quality on a custom order. I will definitely be ordering different versions to try them all out to see which works best for me.

I have waited to write this review until I had this hair for a month and washed it a few times. I've had entirely too many bad experiences to post a review immediately after receiving new hair. 1) This hair is just wonderful. I can't remember ever having been as happy with a purchase as I am with this one. I keep expecting to wake up and find it all matted up. But it looks fantastic even a month later. 2) The shedding is minimal. Honestly, I've never had this little amount of shedding and I've been wearing lace wigs for over ten years. There is some shedding, but it's nothing like what I'm used to. 3) The cap construction is great. I've had no issues with holes or tearing of the lace. Also, the color of the silk top was perfect for my medium brown skin tone. I didn't even need to dye it, but I did need to darken the lace a little. And this was a stock unit. 4) This hair just doesn't matt up or knot even if I sleep in it without wrapping it up or wearing a cap. I might have a couple of very minor tangles, but that's it. 5) Washing it is a breeze. Again, it doesn't tangle. 6) The customer service, particularly the add on services, is wonderful. They did everything exactly as I requested. Overall, I will solely be purchasing from this company going forward. I'm sure this hair would last a good year if I took care of it properly. I highly recommend this company and I'm thrilled to have found them.

My custom order came so much faster than expected and the hair is beautiful. Not exactly the color I wanted but its a quick fix with some toner. Will definitely order again.

This unit is the best I've purchased. It looks like it's literally growing out of my scalp... I would recommend it.I got the 20in...No shedding...No Tangle... It has been curled and styled.... Will order again
