Had an issue with the capsize. But, spoke to mercy and she fixed tbe issue. The hair quality is soooo soft and nice. Would order fron this company again

I've had this unit for about a year now and it is still wearable. Looks extremely natural. I've seen people doing a double take to see if it is my actual hair and others have come right out an asked me. I have had some tangling here and there but I think that's impossible to avoid with the kinky nature of the hair. I put heat on it constantly and it holds up very well and always reverts after a shampoo. I'm thinking about purchasing again in the near future.

I've had this hair installed for 3 days now I dyed the hair as soon as I got it to jet black to match my hair curl pattern is still the same.
