I ordered a 16,16,18 .. Hair is so soft and had no smell at all . I just can't stop rubbing my hands through it . I WILL be ordering from here again and can't wait to install and upload pics

The hair was true to length the seller responded to all of my messages in a timely manner. I conditioned the hair upon receiving it and I plan to install tonight. There was no foul smell and I am overall very satisfied. I will post more feedback once installed
