This wig is absolutely AMAZING! This was my 1st wig by this company but I will be ordering more! The hair is super soft & looks & feels like your real hair very easy to maintain

I received this wig today (5/4/2017), firstly the customer service is nothing more than money hungry people that will tell you anything to get you to make a purchase. With that said, this wig is a shedding disaster. I also believe that it is not 100% human hair, I have tried bleaching the knots two times. First time letting the bleach stay on for 25 minutes, the second time for 15 minutes and the knots are still black as night. My biggest complaint is the shedding, it is unreasonable! After washing the hair, the amount left in my sink made me think the wig would be bald. Next I let the hair dry and ran a wide tooth comb through it and even more hair is all over the sink and the floor. If I wanted a shedding dog, I can volunteer at the humane society. The only positive I have to say about this wig is that it fits on my head, which I truly believe when I cut the lace it'll be too small. At this point and time I don't want anything to do with this company. My first and last purchase.

This is a Great Wig. It came extremely well packaged, the Wig is extremely soft, light weight to wear, very breathable. It is very Good Quality. Washes Well. Flat Irons Well. Easy to manage. It really looks like my Natural hair. It also came with a Bonus wig cap and eye Lashes.

I also have to mention How Great Mercy with customer service is. All Questions Answered before purchase. Received an e-mail with all tracking information.
